Ancient Orbs are upgrade points used together with certain amounts of
gold to upgrade your Class Ancient items.
Every time you level up, you receive one orb . Thus, you'll have 100 orbs to spend upon reaching the level cap of lvl 100.
Mouse over your ancient item and press "E" to access the item's skill tree where you can spend your orbs.
